Good Morning Fear The Wall
We’re just a couple days away from the start of the season, and I’ve been waiting to hear who will be showing the games in the UK, hoping it would still be BT Sport. Well, as the headline suggests, I am left a little disappointed. The Bundesliga has agreed a deal with Sky Sports instead, and I do not have a Sky Sports package, so I guess I am going to cover Ligue 1 instead now.

Sky Sports is really good, and the deal sounds like it’s of real value to the Bundesliga, so I guess this is actually good news, but not for me, and that’s really all that matters.

All of BVB’s players are injured, so now they’re having to pull guys in off the street to fill spots in the starting lineup for the DFB-Pokal match against Wehen Wiesbaden on Saturday. Ruhr Nachrichten is reporting that, with the whole defense currently incapacitated, it’s looking like one of BVB’s young center backs, Lennard Maloney and Antonios Papadopoulos, may start.
