Good morning, everyone.
Erling Haaland to Remain in Dortmund
According to ESPN and BILD columnist Jan Aage Fjortoft, who has done a pretty good job covering the Erling Haaland transfer saga, barring a crazy offer for Haaland, the Norwegian striker will remain in Dortmund this season.
The strategy of Dortmund not new. They did the same with Lewandowski. Kept him for another year and lost him to Bayern for free.

Business - wise maybe wrong, but on the other hand a club that wants to achieve their goals ON the pitch.
Bayern Munich Interested in Marcel Sabitzer
It seems that taking RB Leipzig’s manager and best defender wasn’t enough, and Bayern might be interested in their best midfielder as well. According to BILD, the Bavarians are in discussions with RB Leipzig to purchase Sabitzer for around €20 million. Even though Sabitzer’s transfer value on Transfermarkt is €42 million, he only has one year remaining on his contract, so Leipzig may be willing to dump him way below his value to avoid losing him for nothing.
This move would undoubtedly put Bayern in a better position to win the Bundesliga, both because it bolsters their midfield depth, and also diminishes RB Leipzig, one of Bayern’s main title challengers.
The Daily Buzz
Should BVB consider putting in an offer for Sabitzer at that price? Would the club be able to compete with Bayern’s wage offer?
