Good morning, folks.
Thorgan Hazard to Miss Freiburg Match
Borussia Dortmund’s injury woes will continue this weekend. According to Ruhr Nachrichten, Thorgan Hazard, who aggravated an injury against Eintracht Frankfurt over the weekend, will miss BVB’s match against SC Freiburg tomorrow. Meanwhile, also according to RN, while players Mats Hummels, Raphael Guerreiro, Emre Can, Julian Brandt and Thomas Meunier have all returned to training and could appear on the bench, none of them are likely to make the starting XI.
BVB Turns Down Puma Kit
The third kits that Puma released recently have been met with almost universal criticism, and for good reason. They’re ugly, they all follow the same basic and uninspired format, and they’re lazy. Thankfully, Borussia Dortmund has reportedly turned down Puma’s design:

Just look at it! It doesn’t even have a badge or anything like that. It’s just the club’s sponsor and then the name printed above in plain text. Every other kit is exactly the same:

They look like the type of template kits you get when you sign up for an amateur rec league. I don’t know how such a massive company like Puma could turn in such an uninspired project and expect them to be well-received. Puma is already feeling the repercussions as yesterday the company’s shares fell by more than 5%.

What clubs besides BVB have kits that you like?
