Good morning, Fear the Wall! Happy Friday.
Hurray! There’s only one week until the EUROs begin, and we finally have something to talk about! Until then, please continue to entertain our non-news transfer updates and random clips pulled off of Twitter.
Manchester United Pursuing Jadon Sancho
According to the Athletic, Manchester United are confident about their prospects of signing Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund, and for a fee significantly smaller than BVB’s reported asking price of €120 million from last summer.
#MUFC pressing ahead with talks to sign Jadon Sancho. Hope rising a deal can finally be done with Borussia Dortmund.

But there is a gap on valuation, of around £20m as Dortmund stick closer to last summer’s price than expected. Add-ons discussed.https://t.co/JtvOtihEF8
Gio Reyna’s (Almost) Golazo
The USMNT played against Honduras last night in the Concacaf Nations League semifinal. The United States won on a dramatic 89th minute goal from Theoson Siebatcheu. Borussia Dortmund’s Gio Reyna also featured in the match, and almost scored what would have been an insane goal. He dribbled through two Honduras defenders before sending a shot just wide of the far post.

The Thomas Derby (in MarioKart)
This is how you know it’s a slow news day The Bundesliga and the Champions League might be over, but the world’s most prestigious competition marches on. Every young person between the ages of around 5 and 35 knows that Mario Kart is the only true way of determining athletic prowess. This week, BVB TV pitted Dortmund’s two Thomases, Meunier and Delaney, against each other in a race for supremacy. They raced each other on three different Rainbow Road tracks, infamous for being the most difficult tracks in the game.
I was hoping we would have at least one blue-shell induced salt explosion from one of these two players, but the best we get is around the 8 minute mark, when Meunier gets struck by a red shell just as he was closing in on Delaney. At this point, a peeping Mo appears.

Delaney ends up sweeping Meunier in all three races, and being crowned the winner of the Thomas Derby.
The Daily Buzz
What’s the best Mario Kart? I still insist that the original Double Dash from the Game Cube is the best.
