Good Morning Fear The Wall!
We’re about halfway through the final round of group matches in the European Championships, and we’re starting to get a bit of a picture of what the Round of 16 is going to look like.
The first two ties have been confirmed, taking place on Saturday, June 26th:
Wales vs Denmark
Italy vs Austria
Meanwhile, Belgium and Netherlands confirmed their place at the top of their groups, and their exact place in the knockout stages, with victories over Finland and North Macedonia.

Results yesterday also guaranteed that England, France, Czech Republic, Sweden, and Switzerland will all qualify for the Round of 16. Each of these teams is currently sitting on four points, and they will, at the very least, finish as one of the four best third-place teams.
Tonight England will face Czech Republic and Scotland will face Croatia. Scotland and Croatia both have plenty to play for. If either side win, they will qualify for the Round of 16 as one of the third-place teams. However, Scotland’s Billy Gilmour will miss the big game, having tested positive for coronavirus. England’s Mason Mount and Ben Chilwell will also miss tonight’s game as they self-isolate, having come into close contact with Gilmour.
