After a thrilling 5-1 win from the BVB U23 team over Borussia Mönchengladbach U23, the Baby Bee Update is coming back! This will include updates to Borussia Dortmund’s U17, U19, and U23 teams.

If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to leave them in the comments.

Borussia Dortmund U17

B-Junioren Bundesliga West

The last game played was on October 25, 2020 (Matchday 5) before the season was canceled due to COVID-19. BVB U17 won 6-2 against SV Lippstadt 08 and were sitting in second place with 10 points (3W-1D-1L) and a goal differential of +9 (16:7).

Borussia Dortmund U19

U-19 Bundesliga West

The U19s’ season was canceled on Matchday 4 (October 24, 2020) due to the pandemic. They won their last game with a convincing 6-0 over Rot-Weiss Essen. They sat in first place with 12 points (4W-0D-0L) and a goal differential of +14 (16:2).

BVB U19 won their singular DFB Junioren Pokal match 3-0 over SV Wehen Wiesbaden at the start of October. Further rounds will not be played.

However, the UEFA Youth League will continue play. Is it a smart idea to cancel domestic leagues, but send these same youth players after months of no game action to different countries during a pandemic? No. But here we are.

They will play the first match in a Round of 64 on March 2, 2021 at Juventus Turin.
