Good morning, Fear the Wall.
International Call-ups
During the first week of September, there will be a few UEFA Nations League matches featuring BVB players.
As BVB gets more and more Belgian, more and more BVB players are representing the Belgian Red Devils. Axel Witsel, Thomas Meunier, and Thorgan Hazard are on the squad sheet for Belgium for their matches against Denmark and Iceland. Their match against Denmark will likely also feature Thomas Delaney, who has been called up to the Danish National Team.

In addition to these guys, Raphael Guerreiro has been called up for Portugal and Erling Håland has been called up for Norway. Finally, Jude Bellingham will make an appearance with the England U-21s.
While these matches should be enough to carry us through to the new season, what I’m really looking forward is the “Obscure Island-Country Derby.” The Faroe Islands will be facing Malta on September 3rd, which should be a gem of a match.
