Emre Can will very soon be a player of Borussia Dortmund. The midfielder/centre-back is currently in Dortmund for his medical, if he passes it - and there’s no reason to doubt he will - Can will be announced as BVB’s second signing this year after Erling Haaland.

It looks like the initial deal will be a loan until the end of the season with an obligation to buy the player this summer. It looks like Emre Can won’t be the only deadline day transfer for Borussia Dortmund. According to Sport1 journalist Florian Plettenberg Jacob Bruun Larsen will join TSG Hoffenheim. It is unclear if it will be a permanent move or just a loan at this point.
