- Wolf joins Hertha BSC Berlin
The Deadline Day has passed and the transfer window is officially closed until January. Dortmund’s last move was loaning Marius Wolf to Hertha BSC Berlin. According to kicker, Berlin paid a loan fee of 2€ million and will pay Wolf’s salary of 4.5€ million this season.
In addition, Hertha’s sporting director, Michael Preetz, confirmed the existence of an option to buy Wolf at the end of the season.

- Incident during the Union Berlin-BVB game
During Saturday’s 1:3 loss against Union Berlin there was an incident between both groups of fans during the first half that led to a police intervention. In an official statement Borussia Dortmund has tried to reconstruct the course of events.
Apparently some Union fans were on the roof of the stadium to help with Union’s choreo, some of those fans were also on the roof above the guest section. When the choreo was done the Union fans tried to get down but the only way was through the BVB section. Some Dortmund fans tried to impede them which led to altercation with Union Berlin fans in the stadium which tried to enter the BVB section by force.
Thereafter the police intervened and used pepper spray. About 20 fans needed medical attention and several left the game after the incident.

- BVB mourn loss of Atli Edvaldsson
Ex-BVB player Atli Edvaldsson passed on Monday after a long battle with cancer. Edvaldsson made 30 appearances for BVB during the 1981/82 season, scoring 11 goals. He was the Icelandic player who played for the black and yellows.
