  • BVB officially unveil new kit

Borussia Dortmund have officially unveiled the 2019/20 home kit. Unsurprisingly it’s the design that already leaked a few days ago. Do you like BVB’s new jersey for the upcoming season?

  • Scuderi finally back

Three years after a devastating injury that many thought would be career-ending, Dario Scuderi has returned to be in the squad for an official match. The youngster injured his knee in a UEFA Youth League match in 2016 so badly that most people thought he would never return but Scuderi never gave up on his dream and has come back.

Scuderi did not actually play in BVB II’s 3:0 win against WSV Wuppertal but he was in the squad after such a long time. It probably won’t be long before he actually gets back on the pitch.

  • Reus fined for transgression during Bremen-game

Marco Reus has been banned for two games after his red card in the derby against Schalke. This does not only mean that BVB’s captain is not allowed to play but also that he is not allowed on the bench or near the bench for those two games. However during the Bremen match he and the club somewhat ignored (or forgot) that rule exists because Reus was seated directly next to the bench during the game instead of in the stands where he should have been.

The DFB investigated the matter and have determined that the club has to pay a fine of 10.000€ and Reus himself has to make a donation of 5.000€ to the Sepp-Herberger-foundation. Reus will not be banned for additional game and be available for the last match of the season against Borussia Mönchengladbach.

  • Champions League

Well that was exciting! After the first legs of both Champions League semifinals it seemed like the final was set but after two incredible comebacks from Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur both Premier League teams have turned it around and reached the final. The two teams will meet in Madrid on June 1st.
