Our title chances are slim but all hope is not yet lost

Its the last BVB game of the season and we are away to Borussia Monchengladbach. This last half of the season has been tough to watch as we pissed away our lead in the title race. However somehow BVB do have a shot at the title of they can win while Bayern Munich loses to Frankfurt. Burki is expected to play while Diallo will be a decision closer to game time.

For Dortmund, we have nothing left to lose so we must play our top healthy lineup. Hopefully its a back-line of Weigl, Akanji, Piz and either Zags or Raph as the other fullback. In the midfield a trio of Reus, who is back from red card suspension, Witsel and Delaney is crucial. Reus has had a great season thanks to keeping healthy. WItsel has been a rock for BVB this year, and while he wont win our player of the year he deserves a lot of credit for this seasons success. It would be great to see our captain finish the year on a strong note. Pulisic and Sancho are our best chance on the wings. This will be Pulisic’s last game for BVB and while hes had an unimpressive year at BVB his last few games have been very good. Gotze needs to be our starting striker tomorrow. While Paco was better in the first half of the year, Gotze has been stellar in 2019.

Dortmund and BMG both have lots to play for. BMG is tied for 4th with Bayer Leverkusen and will be giving it their all. Seeing as BVB has not been mentally to tough it will be important to start this game on the right foot. We've let small setbacks kill games for us for months, as long as we are in it for the title the players need to give it their all. If Bayern are up big at halftime while we are down I wouldn't be surprised if this team came back out for the second half and jogged their way through it. Even if we don’t win the title this game will still be interesting for BVB fans as we get to see Thorgan Hazard. In addition to getting to watch him play, how Hazard will interact with his future teammates will be interesting.

What do you think our best lineup for the game is?
