  • RB Leipzig 1:1 TSG Hoffenheim

RB Leipzig vs TSG Hoffenheim has concluded matchday 23 with a 1:1 draw. The duel between Julian Nagelsmann’s current clubs against his future club was a bit of a tale of two halves, Hoffenheim started out strong and got the deserved lead in the first half thanks to Kramaric. The second half however was dominated by Leipzig, especially young American Tyler Adams helped Leipzig get some control in midfield and eventually score the equalizer in the 89th minute through Orban.

Leipzig are still in 4th place but have to be wary of Wolfsburg, Frankfurt and Leverkusen in the coming months. Meanwhile Hoffenheim are in 8th place and are still close to the top 6.

  • International fixtures

The Champions League will resume next week and there are no games in the Bundesliga or the DFB Cup until thie weekend but that does not mean there’s no football to be played.

The Premier League matchday 28 will be played today and tomorrow, with games like Chelsea vs Tottenham, Liverpool vs Watford and Manchester City vs West Ham. The race for the title is as close in the Premier as it is in the Bundesliga.

In Italy a very interesting Copa Italia match-up will be played between Lazio and AC Milan today. Two interesting teams, especially AC Milan are on the upswing since signing their new star striker Piatek.

Nevertheless the most interesting game is definitely El Clasico in the Copa del Rey. Real Madrid will host Barcelona twice in just four days to add two more games to arguably fottball’s biggest rivalry.

Footy Headlines is famous for leaking kits of football teams and thanks to them we might have gotten an early look at Dortmund’s kits for next season.

The home kit looks to be a mostly simple yellow shirt with a slight design on the shoulders.

The away kit would surprisingly be black and white which is a bit unusual for BVB.

At this point these are obviously not confirmed but Footy Headlines tends to be quite reliable with these leaks so it seems likely that these are the final designs for the ipcoming season.
