  • Champions League results

The Champions League started again yesterday with two interesting games, AS Roma defeated FC Porto 2:1 and Manchester United lost at home 0:2 to PSG even though the French team was without Neymar and Cavani. Roma will still have to put up a good performance to advance, PSG on the other hand should have this wrapped up.

  • Nürnberg sack sporting director and coach

BVB will have to play Tottenham today but there is some news involving their next opponent in the Bundesliga. On Monday the black and yellows will travel to Nürnberg to take on the last placed team in the league who have just sacked their sporting director Andreas Bornemann and coach Michael Köllner. Interim coaches will be Boris Schommers and Marek Mintal who were Köllner’s assistant coaches until now.

Dodi Lukebakio has made a name for himself in his first season in the Bundesliga. The 21-year old forward from Fortuna Düsseldorf has been great this season with standout performances against Bayern (3 goals) and Dortmund (1 goal) especially.

Düsseldorf would like to keep Lukebakio but he’s currently on loan from FC Watford without an option to buy and according to Bild bigger teams like BVB and Gladbach are interested in buying him. Lukebakio is versatile, being able to play on both wings and as a central striker. He would probably not be a starter at BVB but would be a welcome rotational player.

Daily Buzz: The suggested starting eleven is probably what we will see from BVB. What is your prediction for the game?
