- Napoli time
Today is our second to last friendly of the preseason. We play SCC Napoli in Switzerland for what should be a good test of out talent. Napoli is one of the top Italian sides with plenty of talent that will want to get minutes to prove themselves before the season. Since the Witzel transfer needs to be approved by FIFA he probably won’t be able to play. The game will be at 1:30 EST and be broadcast on BVB.tv, Facebook and Youtube.

- Max Phillip confident ahead of season
Since it does not seem like we are signing a striker this off season, Max Phillip seems to be our first choice at the forward position. While Reus slots in the forward position as well, he is much better utilized on the wing. Phillip has played both forward and on the wing for BVB and has excelled in both roles. Despite the pressure of being Dortmund’s first choice, Phillip is not letting the pressure get to him as he explained in statements to Bundesliga.com. It’s good to see he is not letting the pressure get to him,
- Speaking of test matches
We already played one today! Dortmund won 4-3 against FC Zurich. Jacob Brunn Larsen scored a hat trick with Reus getting the only other goal. You can proabably bet the players that played against Zurich won’t see much time against Napoli.
#BVB just finished their first of two test matches today. Won 4:3 against @fc_zuerich. #Rode and #Gómez came on for #Kagawa and #Guerreiro after 70 minutes. Isak replaced #Reus in the 83rd minute.
