  • Fluminense looking for Pedro-replacement

Borussia Dortmund still need a striker and there have been some rumors linking the black and yellows to Pedro in recent weeks. The 21-year-old centre forward from Fluminense could be an interesting target for Dormund and now rumors in Brazil suggest Fluminense is close to signing a new striker, Kayke who is currently playing for Esporte Club Bahia. The Brazilian media take this as a sign that Pedro could soon leave the club and join a European team.

  • Jacob Bruun Larsen injured

Sadly Jacob Bruun Larsen has injured his foot and will miss the start to the season. The young winger had a fantastic pre-season and was a legitimate option to start Monday’s DFB Cup game against Greuther Fürth. Luckily he won’t be out for long as BVB expect him to be back in training within the next two weeks.

A study conducted by “Statista” which asked 3030 football fans a slew of questions about German football revealed some surprising results. One of them was that Borussia Dortmund is more popular than Bayern Munich, in the study BVB got an approval rating of 52% while Bayern only got 41%. The Bavarians are also the most disliked club (41%), followed by RB Leipzig (28%) and HSV (27%).

Daily Buzz: Just yesterday we discussed if Bruun Larsen should start, now he isn’t an option for the first two games. So now do you prefer Reus-Philipp-Pulisic or Sancho-Reus-Pulisic?
