Rafael Leão was in Dortmund yesterday which is why it looked like a deal between the young striker and the black and yellows was close especially after the A Bola report earlier in the week that claimed Leão had already signed with BVB. However even though the 19-year-old was in Dortmund, Ruhr Nachrichten claim that Dortmund has continued to deny that any negotiations are taking place with the striker.
So what exactly is happening? Is BVB straight up lying or is it just a PR-stunt from Leão to get more attention on the international market? We will probably have to wait a few more days to get some answers.
