• BVB interested in Lucas Torreira (tuttomercatoweb)

Borussia Dortmund have already signed one central midfielder but if this report is to be believed they are interested in acquiring another one. According to tuttomercatoweb Lucas Torreira’s agent is currently in Dortmund and the black and yellows are willing to pay his 25€ million release clause and offer him a 5-year deal. The 22-year-old central midfielder is currently playing for Sampdoria Genoa in the Serie A.

• A back-up for Piszczek? (fotbolldirekt)

Swedish outlet fotbolldirekt claim Borussia Dortmund is one of several Bundesliga clubs interested in Djurgardens IF right back Felix Beijmo. The club has confirmed that they are in talks with a club about a transfer but wouldn’t specify which one it was. BVB has apparently been one of the clubs who have scouted Beijmo.

• DFB Cup draw

Tonight at 22.00h CEST the first round of the DFB Cup will be drawn. Hopefully Dortmund will get an easy draw to start of their campaign.
