Borussia Dortmund have made their second signing of the summer!
The black and yellows have officially announced the signing of Marius Wolf from Eintracht Frankfurt. BVB triggered a 5€ million release clause in his contract to sign the 23-year-old. Wolf will sign an 5-year contract with the black and yellows until 2023.

Wolf was a relative unknown but he had a breakout season with Frankfurt in 2017/18, playing 33 games in the Bundesliga and DFB-Cup, scoring 6 goals and adding 11 assists. The youngster mostly lined up on the right wing but he can also play on the left side of the pitch.
He made his professional debut in 2014/15 with TSV 1860 München in the 2.Bundesliga before joining Hannover 96, although he never really broke into their first team. His true breakthrough came with Frankfurt where he developed into one of the Bundesliga’s most exciting young wingers. His (now former) teammate, and former BVB-player Kevin-Prince Boateng declared a few months ago in an interview with kicker: “If he’s not going to be called up for the national team at some point I’ll quit football”
Welcome to Dortmund Marius Wolf!
