Yesterday a report from tuttomercatoweb made the rounds suggesting Kevin Trapp had signed a three-year deal with Borussia Dortmund. However according to kicker those reports are wrong and there is no agreement between the goalkeeper and the club.

Dortmund is definitely looking to add competition for Bürki and Trapp has been a rumored target for months now but we’ll probably have to wait until the season is over until we get a confirmation who the black and yellows will sign.

Raphael Guerreiro will miss the rest of the season after he came back from international duty with yet another rupture of a muscle fiber. This means Guerreiro has appeared in only 14 games this season for Dortmund and played only 820 minutes total.

This has led to more and more criticism of the Portuguese left back and even some rumors that BVB might want to sell him this summer. Ruhr Nachrichten claim that there is some doubt among the people in charge at Dortmund that Guerreiro is doing everything he can to prevent injuries.

As expected Barcelona won their home game against AS Roma 4-1 and are basically a lock to qualify for the semifinal. The Italian team had some bad luck during the game scoring two own goals.

In the Premier League duel between Liverpool and Manchester City, former BVB-coach Jürgen Klopp prevailed against Pep Guardiola. Liverpool showed a fantastic performance and deservedly got a 3-0 victory which puts them in an excellent position for the second leg.

Daily Buzz: Bayern, Real, Barcelona and one other team. That’s basically what the Champions League semifinals are now, has the Champions League become boring and what can be done to spice things up?
