Eintracht Frankfurt have put on yet another spectacular performance in the Europa League and won their fifth game in a row 4:0 against Olympique Marseille. The DFB Cup winner from last season is dominating a very tough group and have already secured a first place finish with one matchday left to be played.

The other German teams did not have good performances though. Bayer Leverkusen are qualified for the next round and have a chance to finish first in their group but they only drew against Rasgrad thanks to a late goal from Weiser.

RB Leipziglost the duel of the Red Bulls and are now on the verge of being eliminated from the Europa League. They need to win their last game against Trondheim and hope Celtic lose to Salzburg to finish second.

Football’s governing body will introduce a limit on players that a club can loan out. This has become a problem lately with some Premier League and Serie A clubs stockpiling talent and loaning them out to other clubs. As an example Chelsea currently has 39 players on loan. Starting with the 2020/21 season the number will be capped between 6 and 8 players.
