Football Leaks has been around for quite some time in professional football and has exposed some of the biggest secrets about the business of football. Blechaerreport has a very interesting article about the man behind all of it.
Jadon Sancho is the revelation of the season and has received a lot of praise for his move away from the Premier League to develop in the Bundesliga. Now rumors have suggested BVB are looking for new talents from England. The Mirror claims BVB are interested in Phil Foden (Manchester City), Bobby Duncan (Liverpool) and Callum Hudson-Odoi (Chelsea).
Right now it’s easy to make this connection considering BVB’s huge success with developing young players. There is a chance some players might look at BVB to get some playing opportunities and might spur their teams for the black and yellows. Dortmund will possibly look to bring in the next highly talented players but if it’s any of the three named in the article remains to be seen.
Daily Buzz: The last time Borussia Dortmund played Atletico Madrid was in the group stage of the 1996/97 Champions League, Dortmund won the away game 1:0 but lost at home 1:2. Nevertheless it was still a great year that ended with BVB winning the title.
The only other two duels came in 1966 in the quarterfinals of the European cup winners cup. BVB won 1:0 at home and drew 1:1 in Madrid to advance and later on become the first German team to win an international title!
So in other words BVB played Atletico twice and then went on to win both tournaments....can lightning strike thrice?
