  • Usain Bolt tryout at BVB

Usain Bolt, the eight-time Olympic gold medalist has confirmed to the Daily Express that he’ll try out at Borussia Dortmund in March. The trial has been set up by Puma who are the official sponsor of both Borussia Dortmund and Bolt. It remains to be seen if this can be more than just a PR-gig for both parties. It’s difficult to imagine a 31-year being able to break into a squad like Dortmund if he never played professional football before, but we all know he at least has the top-end speed to do so.

During the continuation of the trial, Sergej W. has confessed to have committed crime but denies any intention of committing a murder. “I regret my behavior deeply”, he stated today but stated he constructed the bomb so “there wouldn’t be any personal losses”.

Considering that the bombs contained metal shrapnel it’s hard to see how exactly he could be sure to avoid potential murder victims but this is for the judges to decide.

  • BVB play friendly

The black and yellows will play their second friendly during their training camp today against Belgian team Zulte Waregem. The game will be streamed on BVB’s team site, YouTube and Facebook.
