  • Bye Ginter

As we reported yesterday Mathais Ginter has now officially left Borussia Dorrtmund for Borussia Monchengladbach. Ginter has not been super successful since joining BVB from Freiburg and it is finally time to give him time somewhere else. The reported fee is 15 million euros which is a amazing deal on our end considering the low amounts we’ve paid for some top tier talent the past two years. Ginter was a good stop gap until we found a better option for our back line but now it is time to move on. Good luck Ginter, hopefully you do well with BMG next season (except against us).

  • Test matches announced.

BVB announced two pre-season friendlies against Bonhum and FSV Zwickau. Both sides will be a good test for Bosz as he tries his brand of BVB football out for the first time. Let’s hope he can get things figured out before our first match of the season.
