  • Fear The Wall got a face lift

If you can’t tell already things are looking different here at FTW. Change is good! With new looks comes new possibilities. Take a look at our “Why I became a fan” post to see the rules for entering the $500 fan sweepstakes.

  • Europa results

Manchester United are Europa League Champions. That means 5 teams from England will be in the Champions League next year. The game itself was... not much to look at. The better team won and there wasn’t much great play from either side. Ajax has some really good youngsters that will be shipped all over Europe the next few windows. After being connected to Hakim Ziyech multiple times in the past, I wonder if he may drift out of our price range as major teams are really getting a look at what he can do. He is no longer under-the-radar talent.

  • Pokal coming

This season has been a slight disappointment for BVB. We came in third in the league and were knocked out of Europe competition yet again. We can still salvage this season with a win in Berlin this weekend. The Pokal would be a great acheivemnt for a young growing team. Especially since our manager is currently under fire. There are a lot of story lines flowing into this final game of our year. Let’s hope everything comes up black and yellow.

  • SC Paderborn

After a historic rise to the Bundesliga just a few years ago SC Paderborn is now being relegated out of the 3.Liga. Shame a team that played so well in the past has gone through so much trouble. To drop leagues so quickly must be tough for the fans. Hope you come back Paderborn!
