  • U19 Champions!

Borussia Dortmund has successfully defended the U19 title.

It is incredible to think that they won it without some of their best players: Christian Pulisic has not played one second for the U19, Felix Passlack was also with the first team for most of the season, while Patrick Fritsch (CB) who is their best defender, Dario Scuderi (FB), Jacob Bruun Larsen (LW) and Janni Serra (ST) have missed big parts of the season due to injury.

  • Silly season update

The silly season is in full effect now, so let's take a look:

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is once again linked with a move to Paris St. Germain. After Saturdays game against Bremen Auba stated that he would decide about a possible move this week. However rumors suggest PSG would rather sign Alexis Sanchez and Auba would only be their second choice. This one will probably take a while...

Within two days Max Kruse (29) has been linked to a move to Dortmund and stated that he'll definitely stay with Werder Bremen. What's even worse is that the denial came first. Yesterday kicker reported Kruse would definitely stay in Bremen and that the striker who was arguably the best player of the Rückrunde had no intentions of leaving the club. Well today BILD report that Kruse is one of the candidates to replace Aubameyang should he leave. This rumor can probably be ignored.

Nevertheless two other possible replacements for Auba seem to be off the market soon. Alexandre Lacazette has agreed to a deal with Atletico Madrid according to Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas. He will possibly replace Antoine Griezmann who is linked to Manchester United. However both deals aren't done yet. Atletico still has a transfer ban but they made an appeal to the CAS, if their transfer ban is repealed both transfers will probably happen.

Another intriguing option for the black and yellows is (or was) Patrik Schick (21). The Czech striker is linked to Juventus, the Italian superclub is reportedly ready to pay Schick's release clause of 25€ million. It would be a bit of an odd move for Juve since they already have Higuain, Dybala and Mandzukic but Schick seems to be a can't miss talent.

Daily Buzz: Lacazette and Schick possibly gone, Lukaku and Morata too expensive. Who is the #1 target now?
