In today’s Daily Bee, Gilles brought up a story involving Marc Bartra’s search for a certain female BVB fan:
I want to meet this woman! Will you help me find her? I wanna gift her my shirt! Help me with RT + hashtag #SheLovesBVB @BVB #EchteLiebe pic.twitter.com/ETh6cIJteR

This poor woman had to sit in the middle of a crowd of Schalke fans, many of whom were likely fuming with jealousy at the inherent superiority of the club she follows. Just look at their faces: if this picture doesn’t capture the essence of “49 years without a league title,” then nothing does.
But I digress.
The internet worked its magic, and lo and behold, Bartra was able to find her! She appears to be named Steffi, and if everything falls into place she should get a brand new Marc Bartra shirt. Maybe she can give her old one to her husband?
Yesss!! Thanks to everybody: fans, media... all of you! We've found our brave supporter! A promise is a promise, see you soon Steffi! pic.twitter.com/Cl2aXvWhGJ

Before I go, I’d just like to point out that in the original picture, there is another woman wearing what appears to be a BVB jacket in the top-left corner, as well as a couple in the middle wearing BVB scarves. Maybe we can get them a few tokens of recognition? It doesn’t have to be a shirt, it could be a coffee mug or a bumper sticker. I’m just tossing out ideas.
