- Champions League results
Bayern München 5-1 FC Arsenal
Real Madrid 3-1 SSC Napoli
Bayern München and Real Madrid with a couple of decisive wins. Both teams were the favorites going into their respective match-ups with Arsenal and Napoli and both won their games at home.
Bayern had no problem with Arsenal beating them 5-1 but it could've been much worse for the Gunners. The Bavarians were sluggish in recent weeks even though they still won most of their games but they seem to be able to step up once the big games await.
Real had a bit more trouble with Napoli, especially with Insigne and Mertens, but were still able to get a great result for the return leg.
- A sad trend continues
Saturday's 4th tier regional league fixture between Rot-Weiß Oberhausen and #BVBII has been called off "on security grounds." #BVB pic.twitter.com/nV39qpFOHA

Because of the ban of the Südtribüne this week against Wolfsburg, officials were expecting the BVB-Ultras to travel to Oberhausen to watch BVBII's game against RWO, therefore the game was cancelled. It is a sad and worrying trend that people have to be afraid of our "fans" when they come visit. Germany has been one of the most secure and family-friendly countries when it comes to big events like these, it should be a priority for our club to do everything in their power to keep it that way.
