The big game of the day was obviously RB vs Bayern. After going up 1-0 RB managed to blow the game and lose on pens. It did not help that Keita had a red but in RBs defense they managed to score 1 despite that.

In an interview with Sportbild Gotze said he is feeling back at 100% after dealing with his metabolic disorder. He is also hoping to get back in with the German national team soon! Gotze has looked great so far this year and as things progress he may fulfill his destiny and become one of Europe’s elite.

• Merino talks about BVB

Ex BVB midfileder Mikel Merino talked about Dortmund and other things to the Guardian yesterday. He talks about how shaken he and the team were after the bomb explosion, more evidence we never should have played that game the day after. Also he stayed in the hospital with Bartra after the attack. Wish him all the best and a shame he did not enjoy his time at the club.
