Congratulations to Serbia and Iceland for qualifying for the World Cup in Russia next year. Iceland is now the smallest country to ever participate in a World Cup, a truly exceptional result just two years after turning heads with their fantastic quarterfinal appearance during the European championship.

Today, Christian Pulisic & the USMNT will try to be the next team that punches their ticket for Russia.

Meanwhile both Andriy Yarmolenko and Ömer Toprak missed the qualification for the World Cup.

Lukasz Piszczek picked up an injury while on national duty with Poland and will miss some time. However it is unclear for how long he’ll be out.
