Happy new year everybody!
2016 was a very uneven year so let's hope this year will be better.

- Let's start the year with a transfer rumor
Arsenal & U.S. under-23 international Gedion Zelalem is a transfer target for Borussia Dortmund - sources. https://t.co/jKaoz7VBur pic.twitter.com/7KEh3634po

In my honest opinion this one doesn't make a lot of sense. Sure we need a central-midfielder that can fill the box-to-box criteria that we so dearly miss since Gündogan left but Zelalem hasn't proven yet that he can actually be that player. He's talented but he hasn't managed to break into Arsenals rotation let alone starting line-up and his loan spell with the Rangers was also of little success.
This season he did not yet play for the senior team instead he's getting some playing time for Arsenals U23 team. However the 19-year old could be a bargain considering that his contract is ending in the summer and Dortmund could bring him in on a free transfer.
- Adrian Ramos to leave?
The Colombian striker has apparently expressed his wish to leave Borussia Dortmund according to German sports magazine kicker. Ramos has an offer from the Chinese team Chongqin Lifan and they are prepared to offer 8€ million for him. The deal apparently includes a loan to Spanish club FC Granada so that Ramos can stay one more year in Europe. Both clubs, Chongqin Lifan and FC Granada are owned by the same Chinese businessman Jiang Lizhang.
It would be the last chance for Ramos to cash in and considering that he's not a starter with BVB I could see why he wants to leave. 8€ million is more than fair for him and would give Zorc some money to throw around in the search for a replacement.
Daily Buzz: I want to know what your new year's resolutions are and how quickly are you gonna throw them out the window because you know it's gonna happen.
