The German news outlet Kicker just reported this morning that Borussia Dortmund are looking to sell Dortmund legend and fan favorite Jakub "Kuba" Błaszczykowski.
The thirty year old Polish international has been playing a winger at Dortmund since 2007. He was another integral part of Jürgen Klopp's amazing team that took the world by storm in the early 2010's (there's not much of that team left, unfortunately).

Like other players, his few seasons in Dortmund had also been plagued with injury worries. When Thomas Tuchel took over last year, he chose to loan Kuba out to Fiorentina. This sparked rumors about a possible falling out, or maybe Kuba didn't factor into TT's system. But Dortmund management claimed it was to give Kuba more playtime so he'd be ready for the Euros.

But after an amazing/incredible Euro performance, fans were hoping that maybe Kuba had earned his place back in the Dortmund first team under TT. But it seems that isn't the case.
With the persistent rumors that Dortmund management want to buy Mario Götze and André Schürrle and all the other new players who have joined us, we are pretty stacked on the wings and the AM. There were already rumors that someone would leave. It seems that someone is Kuba. Perhaps Dortmund management want to take advantage of his increased price after that impressive Euro performance.

I don't know. I'm heartbroken and hurt over this news. I don't want Kuba to leave. I want to march into TT's office and demand he reconsiders.
However, I know at some point I will have to get over my grief and be ready to accept all the changes TT is making. Club legends will always leave - such is the nature of the game - but the people in black-yellow will always have my support!
Until then, goodbye Kuba! All the best for your future! I will miss you so much!
