Emre Mor started his first game at Euro 2016 for Turkey against the Czech Republic this afternoon and continued his impressive form for club and country. Needing a win to even have a chance of progression, Turkey pushed for an opening goal with Mor at the forefront.
In the 10th minute, the BVB man made a scintillating run down the right side on the counter. After controlling the ball with an excellent first touch, he drove into the box, before making a cross to the near post which was turned in nicely by former Galatasaray striker Burak Yilmaz.
The Turks currently lead 1-0 courtesy of Dortmund’s new starlet. The result would see Turkey finish 3rd in group D with a chance to qualify for the round of 16 as one of four 3rd place teams.

It’s been a great day for BVB players at the Euros. Let’s hope it continues at the Copa America tonight with Christian Pulisic!
