Summarizing This Week's Transfer Rumors

Club football is done for this season, and everyone's talking about summer transfers.

Bourssia Dortmund has been linked to pretty much every center-back, fullback, defensive midfielder, winger, attacking midfielder, and striker in Europe. (And apparently they're in a bidding war with Liverpool on most of them.)

Here's a quick summary of most of the rumors this week. (I hope to make this a semi-regular thing.) If there's any other rumor you guys want to discuss, feel free to comment.

Raphaël Guerreiro

Current club: FC Lorient

Position: Left-back

Rumored price: 12 million Euros

Likelihood: Local French papers are saying our bid got rejected, so it seems unlikely.

Orel Mangala

Current club: RSC Anderlecht

Position: Defensive Midfield

Rumored price: Undisclosed

Likelihood: SPORTBILD (yes, I know) seems to think it's possible, but Anderlecht just signed an extension. They do say they're in talks for a loan with a Bundesliga club, so this feels likely.

Do we need him: Yet another eighteen year old undiscovered talent? Yes please!

André Schürrle

Current club: VfL Wolfsburg

Position: Left Wing

Rumored price: 15 - 20 million Euros

Likelihood: Kicker and BILD are both reporting Tuchel's interest, but the Wolfsburg management has said that they don't want to sell.

Do we need him: Err, BVB has Marco Reus? But it seems like TT wants to #MakeSchürrleGreatAgain.

Alexander Dragovic

Current club: Dynamo Kiev

Position: Center Back

Rumored price: 20 million Euros

Likelihood: SPORTBILD, so far.

Do we need him: BVB did lose a fairly decent CB recently, and they might lose another. Besides, Dragovic has the coolest name.

Emre Mor

Current club: FC Nordsjælland

Position: Striker/Winger

Rumored price: 1 million Euros

Likelihood: BILD+

Do we need him: Does it matter? He's eighteen and cheap! And he's nicknamed Turkish Messi...

Piotr Zielinksi

Current club: FC Empoli

Position: Defensive Midfield

Rumored price: 7 million Euros

Likelihood: Italian media is reporting it. Nothing more substantial though.

Do we need him: Dortmund does need a defensive midfielder. Not sure how I feel about the Dortmund vs. Liverpool bidding war though.
