Lineups have been released by both BVB and Werder Bremen, and the biggest pieces of info are in the absentees today:

Mats Hummels is not in the 18 after the International Break, and Sven Bender and Matthias Ginter step into the center of the defense in lieu of a season-ending injury to Neven Subotic and Sokratis also off the squad with one of the ever-present illnesses that have plagued BVB this season. All absences accounted for, it seems Erik Durm might be the first man up on the center back depth chart for the day. Ginter is a defender by trade, but has seen more of the midfield as of late under Tuchel. Shinji Kagawa, Nuri Sahin, Adrian Ramos, and Christian Pulisic are all on the bench after being with their national teams in the international break.
For Werder, the problem is up top as injuries have taken their toll on the forward corps. Aron Johannsson is out for the remainder of the season, and Peruvian legend Claudio Pizarro also misses the match today:
#Werder line-up for #bvbsvw: Wiedwald - Theo, Gálvez, Vestergaard, S. Garcia, Sternberg, Grillitsch, Fritz, Yatabare, Junuzovic, Ujah.

Anthony Ujah will be the danger man today for Werder. We'll catch you up on the latest game details at kickoff.
