Despite having almost all of the possession over the opening 15 minutes, Dortmund have fallen behind early in against Augsburg.
Alfred Finnbogason slotted home the opening goal into a wide-open net to give Augsburg a surprise lead over Dortmund.
After conceding a goal kick, Dortmund were immediately forced to defend a rapid Augsburg attack. Phillip Max received the ball on the left flank, and played a nice through ball in for Caiuby.
The Brazilian was cool with his first touch and sent a nice pass across the mouth of goal to a wide-open Finnbogason.
The Dortmund centre backs were dissected by the quick-working Augsburg offense, as Mats Hummels and Sokratis were left out of position to defend the attack.
The goal was just the third conceded by Borussia Dortmund since the season restarted in January, and the first time they have trailed in league play since February 28 against Hoffenheim.
Dortmund continue to hold a majority of the possession, with 79.9% so far.
