BVB haven’t had the best season, but there have been some great performers on the team. Aubameyang is continuing his climb to being one of the best attackers in Europe. And the futures of Portuguese and American football respectively, Christian Pulisic and Raphael Guerreiro have had breakout seasons so far. A recent graphic floating around Reddit shows that these three players are among the top 40 in Europeans big 5 leagues when it comes to minutes per goals plus assists. This means that in time played, these players have been the most impactful for time on the field in terms of creating goals.

There is no miracle stat in football and this doesn’t mean Pulisic is on the same level as Lewandowski or Raph is better then Ronaldo. It does highlight how important these players have been for BVB this year in creating goals. Hopefully the players will keep up their attacking prowess this season as BVB fights to get to top of the table.
